The people in this video probably don’t have much of a federal income tax liability, but it’s another story for their payroll taxes. This is such a great idea because it would provide more immeduate stimulus to the economy. It wouldn’t establish more federal programs or bureaucracies, which are impossible to abolish once they’re there. Unfortunately, a payroll tax holiday wouldn’t reward pet constituencies of the present party in power, so it’s not going to happen.
Isn’t any tax cut good if it leaves money in the hands of the people?
