This is a video of Rand Paul’s floor speech against the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal year 2012. In it he brilliantly argues for our liberty and against this bill as it strips away one of the basic protections of American citizens in the Bill of Rights: the right to due process and a speedy trial. This bill amounts to a serious breach of our Constitutional rights protecting us from the state, which was the basic concept of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Point well taken! This just further erodes citizens rights, which have been declining for the past fifty years..

Really….! This group of people can come together and tell us what we need, but cannot come up with a plan that will balance the country’s budget.
Maybe if they would do the job that they were elected to do we would have a budget that was balanced and NO big brother tell us, but instead listening to what it is that the people want. Remember the ones whose actions are motivated by greed and vote them out when the time comes…….. That’s what I will be doing!
