This is from Gallup:
PRINCETON, NJ — The Gallup Economic Confidence Index was negative in all 50 states in the first half of 2012, but positive in the District of Columbia.
Things are looking up in DC! I think this may indicate that they are a bit out of touch.
That’s typical, no one in D.C. knows what is going on in this country and if they did, they wouldn’t have a clue how to fix it!
Just think if you could flip W.VA and D.C. index, then all the rest would become positive.
D.C. is the only place in the U.S. that never experiences a recession!
